Regina is the founder of Life Skills Therapies. She is a warm, calm, and caring therapist. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, the arts, travel, and music. She spends her spare time walking, writing, and participating in community-building activities.
Regina is a warm, calm, and compassionate therapist who offers thoughtful, practical support to help people navigate life’s challenges with greater confidence and clarity. She is a qualified and registered low‑intensity cognitive behavioural therapist with extensive experience supporting adults in NHS settings. Before retraining as a psychotherapist, Regina taught French and Spanish in UK secondary schools. She later completed a Master’s degree in Inclusion, developing specialist expertise in supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds, including people with learning difficulties.
Regina believes therapy is about more than simply having a place to offload or learning a set of techniques. Her approach focuses on collaborative, person‑centred work that helps clients build practical life skills, make informed decisions, and develop sustainable ways to manage their mental health day to day. She values flexibility, cultural sensitivity, shared decision‑making, and realistic goal‑setting.
Regina is committed to providing timely, professional, and affordable support when people need it most. Her sessions may include assessment and exploration, psychoeducation, CBT-based treatment, progress monitoring, signposting, and relapse‑prevention planning, always tailored to the individual.
Alongside a network of experienced mental health professionals, nurses, and social workers, Regina provides high‑quality, person‑centred care through Life Skills Therapies. Clients describe the service as supportive and empowering, helping them gain clarity, find helpful ways forward, and feel more in control of their wellbeing.
